American artist, Robin Lowe studied at Colorado University (1983), at the Paris American Academy in France (1983-84) and New York University (1985). In 1982, he received the Sibelle-Wolle scholarship in Colorado. In 1983-84, he was an assistant professor at the Paris American Academy and, in 1984-85, at New York University. He held one-man shows at the Victoria Miró Gallery in London (1996 and 1999), at the 80 Washington Square East Galleries (1985) and at the A/C Project Room (1989, 1990, 1993 and 1994), both in New York. In 1995 and 1997, he held an exhibition at the Tanya Bonakdar Gallery, also in New York. Between 1994 and 1998, he participated in several collective exhibitions in the United States and in London. Currently he lives and works in New York.
