Biography
Born in Lisbon. Wen to the António Arroio School and participates in the activities of the surrealists António Maria Lisboa, Mário Cesariny, Mário Henrique Leiria and Pedro Oom, in 1948. From 1952 to 64 he lives in Angola, where he assembles an ethnographic collection, after which he returns to Portugal.
