Was born in Lisbon. Lived in the Netherlands from 1969-74. Leonel Moura questions the very political and cultural subject of occidental art. He mobilizes successive levels of timing, space, images and ideas in a setting of apparent eclecticism of references. He writes on art and shows his exhibitions since 1969.
