Biography
Filipino painter living in Los Angeles. His work draws attention to the hypocrisy of the religious power. Painting is, for him, the occasion to show hell on earth: he uses all the possibilities of exaggeration and the language of cartoons together with decorative subtleties. His art is political. Sometimes his work reminds us of Frida Kahlo and the influence of ex-votos in her painting. His paintings are inspired in the history of painting - Grosz, Bosch, Picasso - and they shake the history of mankind.
