Biography
Born in San Francisco. Studied at the California College of Arts and Crafts, in Oakland and at the University of Berkeley, California, where he also taught. Was part of the "West Coast Photo Realist Triumvirate", together with Goings and McLean. Since 1959 he has exhibited in the United States and in Europe. He participated at the "Documenta" 5, in Kassel, in 1972. Lives in California.
