Biography
Born in New York, studied at the Brooklyn Museum of Art School 1967-69. He lives in New York In the 1980s, his photographs were the focus of intense political controversy. He has continued to push the limits of acceptability by choosing disturbing subject matters. Solo exhibitions (selection) 1995 The New Museum of Contemporary Art in New York, the Center for the Fine Arts in Miami, the Contemporary Arts Museum in Houston, the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago.
