French artist, born and living in Saint Malo. In 1994 he worked on a series of large-format water-colors representing panoramic views of harbors, obeying certain rules: his method was to make one water-color per week, for 36 weeks, always in the same format and without any human presence. The collection was presented at the Witte de With, Contemporary Art Center in Rotterdam, Holland, in the exhibition Watt. This large wall of images may evoke the tradition of large scale paintings in the architectonic space. Solo exhibition 1997: Paris 260, Galerie Praz-Delavallade, Paris. Group shows: 1998 Tableaux d'une histoire, Villa Arson, Nice.
