Biography
French painter, lives in Paris. Studied at the École des Beaux Arts in Rennes, In 1981 he participated in the exhibition "Sans titre ou les figures du vide" in Rennes. In the beginning of his career he was associated with the Figuration Libre. Designed clothing for the fashion designer Jean Charles de Castelbajac. He began to paint on torn posters and newspapers. In 1984 on larger canvas, he painted faces of figures whose bodies amalgamate with the painting. In the late 80s, he turned to colour drawings and graphic reproductions. He exhibited in Galerie Buchman, Basel (1984), Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris (1987).
